The Miami Dolphins have announced a series of roster updates, highlighting their commitment to strengthening the team as they enter a crucial phase of the season.
The Dolphins have officially signed defensive lineman Chop Robinson to a rookie contract, solidifying a new addition to their defensive front. As part of these changes, the team has also waived DL Daviyon Nixon.
In addition to Robinson, the Dolphins have signed several promising young players from the 2024 draft class: linebacker Mohamed Kamara, safety Patrick McMorris, wide receivers Malik Washington and Tahj Washington, and running back Jaylen Wright. These players are expected to add depth and skill across multiple positions.
In a major highlight, the Dolphins extended wide receiver Jaylen Waddle’s contract through the 2028 season. Waddle, a key figure in Miami’s offense, has been a consistent playmaker, and his extension underscores the franchise’s commitment to retaining top talent.
These moves reflect Miami’s strategy to build a robust roster as they push toward long-term success.
