Seneca Valley High School has appointed Don Barclay, a former offensive lineman for the Green Bay Packers, as its new head football coach. The Seneca Valley School Board approved his hiring on February 3, 2025. citeturn0search4

Barclay, a 2007 graduate of Seneca Valley, was a standout lineman during his high school years. He continued his football career at West Virginia University, earning All-Big East honors, and later played six seasons in the NFL with the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions before retiring in 2020. citeturn0search0

Expressing his enthusiasm about returning to his alma mater, Barclay stated, “Seneca Valley has always been home for me.
