Leicester City have confirmed that long-serving defender James Justin has made the decision to terminate his contract with the club. The 25-year-old, who has been a key figure for the Foxes since joining from Luton Town in 2019, will depart the King Power Stadium after several seasons of dedication and impressive performances.

The move comes amid a period of uncertainty surrounding the club’s future in the Premier League and following discussions between Justin and Leicester management. Though Justin’s departure marks the end of an era for the club, Leicester City has expressed gratitude for his contributions during his time at the club.

A product of Luton Town’s youth academy, Justin quickly made a name for himself after making the switch to Leicester, known for his versatility, defensive prowess, and ability to get forward. His performances helped Leicester to secure an FA Cup victory in 2021, among other milestones.

The club has yet to announce what comes next for Justin, but the player himself has hinted at exploring new opportunities for his career in the coming months.

Leicester City fans have taken to social media to express their appreciation for Justin’s dedication to the club, with many sending messages of goodwill as he embarks on the next chapter of his footballing journey.
