In a sudden and emotional development, FC Dinamo București has officially announced the termination of their contract with Bulgarian midfielder Georgi Milanov. The decision was made by mutual agreement, bringing an unexpected end to what many fans hoped would be a key chapter in the club’s rebuilding process.

Milanov, 33, joined Dinamo with high expectations and brought with him vast experience from European football, including stints with CSKA Moscow and Levski Sofia. However, injuries and inconsistent form reportedly limited his impact during his time in Bucharest.

In a brief statement, the club said:

> “FC Dinamo București and Georgi Milanov have agreed to terminate the contract by mutual consent. We thank Georgi for his professionalism and commitment, and we wish him all the best in the next chapter of his career.”

Supporters have taken to social media to express their disappointment, many sharing messages of gratitude and best wishes for the Bulgarian international.

As Dinamo continues to rebuild its squad and stabilize following recent challenges both on and off the pitch, this development marks yet another major shift in their evolving project.
