In a surprising turn of events, Ricardo Grigore has ended his five-year contract with FC Dinamo București. The details surrounding the termination remain unclear, but the move signifies a significant change for both the player and the club.

 

* **Digi Sport** reported on June 2, 2024, that Ricardo Grigore left Dinamo at the end of his contract. He expressed happiness that the team avoided relegation and enjoyed playing his last game at the National Aren He acknowledged he could have achieved more at Dinamo.

* **GSP.ro** reported on February 4, 2025, that Grigore had recently terminated his contract with Eldense, a second-division Spanish team, because he was no longer in the club’s plans after a change in sporting director. When asked about a potential return to Dinamo București, he was hesitant, stating he wasn’t sure if he was wanted there.

Grigore, a center-back, had been a part of Dinamo București since joining their academy at age eight. He made his professional debut on April 3, 2018, in a Liga I match against Botoșani. He was briefly loaned to FC U Craiova and Petrolul Ploiești before returning to Dinamo. After leaving Dinamo, he signed with CD Eldense in Spain but was released from his contract in February 2025.
