Tennis legend John McEnroe has expanded his influence in the sport by opening the **John McEnroe Tennis Center** at the luxurious **Baha Mar Resort** in Nassau, marking his first tennis academy in the Caribbean.
The inauguration coincided with the **fifth annual Baha Mar Cup**, a charity event benefitting the **Baha Mar Resort Foundation** and the **Mark Knowles Children’s Initiative**. The tournament brought together tennis stars like **Boris Becker**, **Victoria Azarenka**, and **Andy Roddick**, who participated in exhibition matches and mingled with fans.
In addition to the tennis events, McEnroe took the stage with his band, the **Johnny Smyth Band**, performing at the resort’s new Jazz Bar, showcasing his passion for music.
The tennis center aims to attract players of all levels and provide world-class training in a picturesque location, continuing McEnroe’s mission to make tennis accessible and enjoyable globally.
