FC Dinamo București has announced the departure of midfielder Alexandru Pop, ending their collaboration after a series of impactful contributions.
Pop, 24, joined Dinamo in January 2025 from Oțelul Galați. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in the club’s promotion to the SuperLiga, notably scoring crucial goals in the playoff against FC Argeș. However, with the team’s recent strategic shifts and roster adjustments, Pop’s role diminished, leading to his mutual agreement to terminate the contract.
The club expressed gratitude for Pop’s dedication and contributions, stating, “We thank Alexandru Pop for his commitment and wish him success in his future endeavors.”
