Leverkusen, Germany – In a surprising turn of events, Bayer 04 Leverkusen and star midfielder Florian Wirtz have mutually agreed to terminate his five-year contract, reportedly worth $150 million. The agreement, which was initially set to keep Wirtz at the club until 2029, has come to an unexpected end.
