The last few years have been very good, although somewhat complicated, for the Milwaukee Bucks.

They won their first championship in decades back in 2021 but they have also fallen short of expectations a couple of times too.

There are many great players currently leading the team and former Bucks player Brandon Jennings believes that several of them will have their numbers retired.

According to NBACentral, Jennings said that the the numbers of Giannis Antetokounmpo, Khris Middleton, Brook Lopez, Jrue Holiday, and Bobby Portis will be retired in the future.

It’s hard to argue against Jenning’s claim, considering that these are all some of the most important players in Bucks history.

Antetokounmpo is a hero for the franchise and easily one of their top-five players ever.

For his career, Antetokounmpo has averaged 23.1 points, 9.7 rebounds, and 4.8 assists and has been an All-Star seven times as well as MVP twice, Finals MVP, and a member of the NBA 75th Anniversary Team.

He has only played for the Bucks since joining the league in 2013 and has become the face of the franchise and perhaps its future too.

As for Middleton, Lopez, Holiday, and Portis, they have all been huge supporting stars under Antetokounmpo and crucial parts of the team’s success.

Of course, Holiday recently left the team and now plays for one of it’s biggest rivals, the Boston Celtics.

At the end of the day, there is no doubt that Antetokounmpo is the most important part of the team.

There have been rumors about Middleton, Lopez, and others leaving the Bucks at some point.

Even if that happens there is a good chance all of these men will have their numbers retired at some point.
