NASHVILLE: The Titans have finished their fifth head coaching interview.

Dan Quinn, the defensive coordinator for the Cowboys, finished a video interview with the team on Wednesday night.

Given his extensive track record of accomplishment as a defensive coordinator—which includes three successful seasons with the Cowboys (2021–2023)—Quinn is held in high regard. Quinn led the Seahawks to back-to-back Super Bowl appearances in his roles as defensive coordinator in 2013 and 2014.

Quinn was also the head coach of the Atlanta Falcons from 2015 to 20. During that time, the team went to the Super Bowl in 2016 under his leadership, with an overall record of 43-42. In the NFL, he has also worked with the 49ers and Jets.

Quinn led the University of Florida Gators to a top-10 finish in 2011 while serving as defensive coordinator from 2011 to 2012.

The position was previously interviewed by the Titans by Mike Macdonald of the Ravens, interim coach Antonio Pierce of the Raiders, offensive coordinator Brian Callahan of the Bengals, and offensive coordinator Mike Kafka of the Giants.

Zoom interviews can take place prior to January 22; in-person interviews cannot take place before then.
