The 2023 college football season is almost in the books. The College Football Playoff championship game between Washington and Michigan is just days away, while Oklahoma’s campaign wrapped up last week in San Antonio for the Alamo Bowl.

The games are almost done. The early signing period has passed. The winter transfer portal window has closed (though there will still be some stragglers across college football hitting the portal in the coming days across).

In other words, it’s about time to start looking ahead to next season.

While Oklahoma is still looking to shore up its roster with a handful of transfer additions this offseason, we have a pretty good idea of what the Sooners’ personnel will look like heading into 2024 — and what is determined to be a transformational year for the program: a new conference with the SEC, a new offensive coordinator in Seth Littrell and a new starting quarterback in Jackson Arnold as OU hits Year 3 under Brent Venables.
