Sean McVay, the coach of the Rams, needs to fill a position on his coaching staff.
The offensive coordinator for the Atlanta Falcons will be Zac Robinson, the quarterbacks coach for the Rams, according to sources with knowledge of the matter who were not permitted to talk in public.

The 37-year-old Robinson, who spent four seasons as an assistant coach for the Rams, will get back together with Raheem Morris, the defensive coordinator for the Rams who was just appointed head coach of the Falcons.
In 2019, Jared Goff was the starting quarterback for the Rams, and Robinson served as his assistant coach. He took over as quarterbacks coach from Kevin O’Connell in 2022, and he has been working with Matthew Stafford for the past two seasons.

Stafford rebounded from a season-ending injury in 2022, played through hip and thumb injuries this season and led the Rams to the playoffs
