Morris was formally presented as the Atlanta Falcons’ 19th head coach on MondaFalconsy afternoon.Morris previously served as the Falcons’ acting head coach for a day following Dan Quinn’s firing. The ‘ 2020 campaign had 11 games left at the moment. The Atlanta website states that the squad was 0–5 under Quinn and 4–7 under Morris, who was interim manager.After three seasons as the defensive coordinator for the Los Angeles Rams, the new head coach is back in Atlanta.In addition, Morris creates history by being the first Black head coach to lead a team on a full-time basis.
