We reported on a Greek report on Wednesday, stating that Odysseas Vlachodimos might quit Nottingham Forest if things at City Ground didn’t get better.

The goalkeeper was signed in the summer, but it’s obvious that neither Nuno Espírito Santo nor Steve Cooper were impressed because the team made a special effort to get Matz Sels.

The goalkeeper is obviously annoyed by this, and his annoyance has now spread to Germany.

He confirms rumors that Vlachodimos wants to leave Nottingham Forest during the upcoming transfer window since he is “unhappy” there.

Despite having a contract with the club till 2027, it is believed that the Tricky Trees “would give him the green light” and would want a sum of €4-5 million.

Nottingham Forest would be able to recoup their investment as they had to pay €4.9 million to bring him from Benfica to City Ground on September 1st of last year.
Vlachodimos would want to play for a team where he is the unchallenged leader, which is obviously not the case at the Premier League team these days.
