Contrary to popular belief, the Auburn Tigers didn’t do as much on the transfer site.
The Auburn Tigers only added nine players this cycle, compared to the previous cycle when they added a ton of players via the portal in an attempt to improve the roster. The reasoning for this is that, despite some of the younger players on the squad, Coach Hugh Freeze is pleased with them.
Darron Reed Jr., who was listed as the 188th best player in the 2023 recruiting rankings by 247Sports Composite Rankings, might be one of the young players. His only action during his first season was in the Tigers’ bowl game versus Maryland. Is it possible for Reed Jr. to enter.
Reed Jr. may surprise a few people this season because Auburn needs some of the younger players to stand up. This season, he will get the chance to demonstrate why he was rated highly coming out of high school for DJ Durkin’s defense.
