Superstar point guard Damian Lillard of the Milwaukee Bucks is not feeling well. He simply doesn’t seem like himself these days, and the Bucks’ dismal run of play leading up to the All-Star break has been exacerbated by this. The potential Hall of Famer’s sudden decline has many Bucks supporters—and sports fans in general—perplexed.
Lillard was unable to find his rhythm in Thursday night’s 113-110 loss on the road against the Memphis Grizzlies. Although he finished with 24 points, he had to make 21 field goal tries to get there. Additionally, he was only 3/13 behind the arc.

Lillard has been productive off the ball as well, which began even before Doc Rivers was named head coach of the Milwaukee Bucks. Lillard only made 38.9 percent of his field goals in January. Although Lillard’s shooting percentage has improved since the calendar changed to February—43.3%—it is still below average for the eight-time All-Star.

The Bucks and Lillard are hoping that the extended vacation would allow him to regain his shooting form as they attempt to turn around their recent struggles.
