Despite buying two goalkeepers in the summer of last year, Chelsea will need to find new first-choice goalkeeper this summer. Robert Sanchez was brought in by the West London club as part of £25 million contract with Brighton, and Djordje Petrovic was acquired for £14 million from the New England Revolution.

Mauricio Pochettino regarded Sanchez as his top player coming into the season, but he didn’t look good until suffering an injury in December.

 

Although Petrovic has since impressed Pochettino, the Argentine manager is still planning to try to buy a top goalkeeper this summer.
