As the offseason progresses, the Miami Dolphins are actively seeking another wide receiver to complement stars Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle. On Friday, Hill announced on social media that free agent Odell Beckham Jr. was joining Miami, filling the third wide receiver position. However, Beckham promptly refuted these rumors on his Twitter account, putting an end to the speculation.

Beckham Jr. is not the only free-agent receiver linked to the Dolphins. Multiple sources indicate that the AFC East club is a leading contender to acquire former Cincinnati Bengals pass catcher Tyler Boyd. Additionally, Miami has re-signed wide receiver Braxton Berrios this offseason, who is a former All-Pro punt returner.

Odell Beckham Jr., who played for the Baltimore Ravens last season, has clarified that he has not reached an agreement with the Miami Dolphins. Despite Hill’s announcement via Snapchat, the NFL community was misled into thinking a deal had been made. Beckham Jr. later posted on his social media, expressing his confusion and denying any signing.

Miami Dolphins are actively pursuing a third wide receiver to strengthen their lineup, especially given the significant contributions from Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle in the previous season. While Hill led the NFL with 1,799 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns, Waddle also had a strong performance with 1,014 yards and four scores. However, the team lacked significant receiving contributions beyond these stars, with no other receiver surpassing 300 yards last season.
